Use of Clousit
Clousit provides tools for preparing and managing business documents and workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness and legal suitability of any quote, receipt, invoice, work order or other document they create.
Local-first data responsibility
Because core records may be stored locally, users are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and backups. Clearing browser or app data can remove locally stored records.
Plans and paid features
Free and Pro features may differ. Paid access becomes active only after successful payment and entitlement verification. Features, limits and pricing shown at checkout control the purchase.
AI and automated assistance
DOTi and other automated features may assist with navigation, drafting, categorization or workflow actions. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before business use.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Clousit to violate law, impersonate another party, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure or create fraudulent documents.
Service changes
Features can change as Clousit develops. Material paid-plan changes should be communicated when reasonably possible.
